Lisa Williams

Family Support Educator
Wauseon Exempted Village Schools

Lisa Williams is a Family Support Educator with Wauseon Exempted Village Schools. This fall, Lisa will begin her twentieth year as an educator. Lisa has experience as a social worker and a Title I Teacher. Lisa is also the Founder and CEO of the non-profit organization, It All Matters. Lisa’s work as a Family Support Educator and her work with It All Matters is the expression of her desire to bring awareness to the emotional and spiritual poverty of children, due to lack of the
most basic interaction and nurturing.

As a Family Support Educator, Lisa works to build genuine relationships with adult caregivers of young children. Her desire is to help connect caregivers with the support they need and to assist these adults as they build capabilities that will lead to more positive life outcomes for the whole family.

Along with the It All Matters board, Lisa believes in the power of storytelling and innovative teaching to empower, educate, and inspire parents so all children thrive. www.becauseitallmatters.com
