Currently serving as the Director of English Learners at Princeton City Schools, Kelli leads pioneering initiatives that focus on family engagement and community involvement, including the district’s highly successful Parent Academy. Kelli leadership in the Parent Academy has been instrumental in bridging the gap between home and school, fostering a collaborative environment where families are empowered to support their children’s educational journeys. This program, designed to enhance parental involvement and engagement, offers resources and workshops that equip parents with the tools they need to navigate the educational system and advocate for their children effectively.
