foundation and extensive professional experience, he brings a deep appreciation for the
power of knowledge, education, visionary leadership, and the cultivation of meaningful
relationships. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Alabama State University and a
Ph.D. in Higher and Adult Education Administration from the University of
Missouri–Columbia. Over the years, he has held key administrative roles across colleges and
ministries.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Thomas has mentored high school and college students, leaving
