Acknowledged for her leadership in urban school improvement, Dr. Flowers has led underperforming schools to full accreditation. She credits the success to her skills in providing training and professional development opportunities covering areas such as process optimization, cultivating positive workplace culture, and enhancing educational programs for student success. She has experience as a special education teacher, school principal, curriculum coordinator, and master coach. She currently serves as Director of Student Services and provides guidance to school leaders and their student support teams.
