Stephanie Humphrey is the Founder and Executive Director of Be Well!
Connection™! Be Well! Connection™ is a nonprofit that educates,
encourages and empowers all people to holistically thrive through
Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and Well! Education. To build upon her
foundational knowledge in wellness, Stephanie pursued a second degree
and in June 2025, completed her Master of Education in Social
Emotional Learning, Mindfulness and Yoga with a certification in
Transformative Teaching and Leadership with Breathe for Change.
Stephanie enjoys educating her community about holistic wellness,
encouraging them to address any root causes of unhealthy living and
decision making and empowering them to move forward intentionally and
actively to holistically thrive!
When Stephanie is not serving her community, you will find her hanging
out with family and friends, writing a new novel or planning her next event!
