Dr. Kelsey Hillard Davis

Dr. Kelsey Hillard Davis is an experienced educator and advisor dedicated to
improving educational outcomes for children. With over 15 years of experience in
education, Kelsey currently serves as an Advisor for Grade Level Proficiency at Save the
Children. Her work focuses on coaching, resource development, professional
development, adult education, training, and program management.

Before joining Save the Children, Kelsey taught Kindergarten and 2nd grade, specializing in
literacy, reading intervention, and team leadership. Her extensive teaching experience has
allowed her to develop a strong foundation in educational practices and leadership.
Kelsey holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Curriculum and Leadership, a Master of
Education (MEd) in Accomplished Teaching, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Early
Childhood Education. Her strong academic background and extensive professional
experience uniquely position her to make significant contributions to the field of
education.
