With 16 years of dedicated experience in education, Neysa Cordial brings a wealth of
knowledge and a passion for making a difference in our nation’s rural communities.
Holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education has fueled her commitment to providing quality learning experiences.
Her journey in education has been diverse, from roles as a bus driver and substitute
teacher to the dynamic challenges of being a K-1 teacher. These varied experiences have
granted her unique insights that now shape her role as an Education Advisor for Save the
Children.
In her current capacity, she leverages her extensive background to develop programs and
coach educators across the United States. Her focus is not only on their professional
development but also on implementing programs that impact the lives of approximately
22,000 children annually. She finds it a privilege to contribute to the growth and success
of both educators and students, aligning with Save the Children’s mission to create lasting
change for children in need.
