Kenneth Henry

Kenneth Henry has spent 27 years in public education honing the skills of critical communication and de-escalation. He spent the first part of his career as an alternative school teacher before enjoying roles as a school social worker, juvenile probation program coordinator, special education teacher, and behavior interventionist. He moved into school administration working as an assistant principal, principal, discipline director, and now as a district administrator. He’s also certified in Life Space Crisis Intervention – a clinical level de-escalation technique designed to equip responders with skills to help angry individuals develop coping skills in every conversation. Kenneth is excited to share a few of the approaches and strategies that have helped him assist hundreds of students and parents come to healthy resolutions.
