Tiffany M. Fincher, Ed.D. (c) currently serves as a District Family and Community Engagement Coordinator, where she works closely with families, educators, and community partners to address students’ holistic needs. With a career rooted in service, equity, and advocacy, Tiffany is widely recognized for her leadership in strengthening parent engagement and nurturing strategic community collaborations that drive student success.

Dedicated to transforming family-school partnerships, Tiffany guides educators in reimagining how they collaborate with families emphasizing inclusion, shared leadership, and equity. She empowers schools to assess their engagement practices and develop actionable strategies that reflect the voices and needs of the students and families they serve. Believing that strong family and community relationships are essential to student achievement, she promotes authentic partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to create supportive learning environments.

Tiffany has presented on various parent engagement topics focused on strengthening school-family connections. She has published two literature reviews, Parent Engagement in Urban Schools and Links to Parent Involvement and Higher Education Success, and contributes to Richton Park’s VIEWS with insights on all things family! As a doctoral candidate and thought leader in urban education, she is committed to advancing practices beyond the status quo and creating meaningful, lasting change in how schools engage with families.
