Alexis (Simms) Miller

Alexis (Simms) Miller (she/her) a mommy, activist, listener, educator, and French toast connoisseur. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Family Resource Center for Henrico County Public Schools, in Virginia. Alexis is known throughout the community for her passion for engagement and facilitation. Family and community engagement has always been at the forefront of her work whether it be through community based program creation, therapeutic group facilitation, or resource navigating. Her deep understanding for intentional engagement has grown throughout her career in Social Work at the bachelor and masters level, as well as in continued education with a specialization in perinatal mental health. For over a decade, Alexis has made positive generational change for families across the lifespan.
