Marylynn Coalson serves as a Bilingual Family Advocate with Henrico County Public Schools, where she plays a vital role in building relationships between schools and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.  With a passion for equitey and inclusion, Marylynn works to ensure that all families feel connected, informed, and empowered to support their children’s education. Her work focuses on strengthening communication and fostering a welcoming school environment for multi-lingual communities.
