Christina Rand

Christina serves as GPB’s Early Childhood Education Manager, coordinating partnerships statewide to engage families, institutions, and community organizations with GPB Education and PBS KIDS early education tools. She brings 20+ years of experience as a children’s librarian, young adult librarian, bookmobile librarian, and library system youth outreach manager to her role. Christina studied English literature at the University of Lethbridge, a liberal arts school in the coulees of Southern Alberta, Canada. She graduated with a master’s in library science with Beta Phi Mu distinction from SUNY Buffalo and received her School Library Media certificate from the University of West Georgia.
