Tracy Stefano

Tracy Stefano is the K-12 Supervisor of Health & Physical Education and LEA Lead for the CDC-funded Connecticut WSCC Partnership for East Hartford Public Schools. In this role, she spearheads curriculum and program development while overseeing instructional implementation. With a focus on the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model, she supports the District and School WSCC Teams in aligning policies, practices, and goals. Tracy Stefano’s expertise in health and physical education is complemented by her commitment to fostering holistic wellness in educational settings. Drawing upon extensive experience, she ensures that each initiative embodies best practices and advances the well-being of students, staff and the community she serves.
